Hampson also sets clear ethical standards for all employees by way of the Group’s Ethics Policy and the Group’s UK Bribery and US Foreign Corrupt Practices Policies which covers inter alia compliance with the laws of the countries in which the Group operates, employment, discrimination, harassment, fair dealing with customers and suppliers, bribery, gifts and entertainment and conflicts of interest.
